Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using PercenX and may be updated as the service evolves.

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using PercenX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Appropriate Student Use

PercenX is intended for educational support. Students should use it to understand concepts, practice problem solving, and check their reasoning, not to misrepresent work as their own where school or classroom rules prohibit assistance.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share verification codes, login links, or access credentials with others.

AI-Generated Educational Information

PercenX uses automated systems and service providers to generate educational explanations. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

No Error-Free Guarantee

We do not guarantee that every answer, graph, explanation, calculation, or recommendation will be error-free. You are responsible for verifying important work before relying on it.

Image and Problem Submission

You may submit typed math problems, uploaded images, and related learning content. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use or that includes unnecessary personal, sensitive, or confidential information.

Prohibited Misuse

Do not misuse PercenX, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems without permission, abuse authentication flows, submit harmful content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

PercenX and its software, interface, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for content you submit, and you grant the service the permissions needed to process it and provide the product.

Service Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

Account Termination or Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated if an account is misused, creates risk for the service or other users, or violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PercenX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PercenX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on generated educational content.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
